Working principle
Under high vacuum conditions, the material is continuously and uniformly coated on the moving track by the fabric machine, forming a thin layer of material film. The track enters the heating section for low-temperature heating, and the gas phase temperature is generally controlled below 50 ° C℃The moisture in the material is quickly removed by vacuum evaporation through bubbling; The material enters the cooling section and is rapidly cooled by ice water to make it brittle. The material is then collected by a scraper and automatically controlled to be discharged. The resulting product is a natural and crispy granule with a continuous automated production process, making it an ideal equipment for the production of traditional Chinese medicine extracts.
